- The Half-Day Getaway (4 Hours): $600

Fuel Costs:
Fuel is not included in the base hourly rate. Because every group’s itinerary is different, a fuel surcharge will be calculated at the end of your trip based on actual usage and current marina fuel prices.

- Lake Grapevine: Centrally located with beautiful rolling shorelines and great swimming spots.
- Lake Ray Hubbard: A massive lake on the east side of DFW, perfect for smooth cruising.
- Joe Pool Lake: Known for its beautiful state parks, relaxed atmosphere, and calm coves.
Policies & Texas Lake Laws
Safety is our ultimate priority. Please review our strict guidelines before booking.
- Strict No-Alcohol Policy: For the safety, liability, and comfort of all passengers, Lake Drifters 2025 enforces a strict zero-tolerance alcohol policy on board our vessels.
- Texas Life Jacket Law: Texas state law requires that all children under the age of 13 must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while the boat is underway. We provide standard adult and youth life jackets on board. If you have infants or toddlers, please communicate with us in advance so we can ensure the proper weight-class life jackets are available.
- Capacity & Restrictions: Maximum capacity is strictly enforced by the Coast Guard. No smoking, no pets (unless certified service animals), and no grilling on the boat.
- Insurance & Liability: Lake Drifters 2025 LLC is a fully commercially insured operator. All adult passengers (and guardians on behalf of minors) are required to sign a standard liability waiver before stepping foot on the boat.
How to Book & What to Expect
- Booking & Deposit: To secure your date and time, a 50% deposit is required at checkout. The remaining balance will be automatically billed 48 hours prior to your launch time.
- Client Communication: Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to your digital liability waivers, a Google Maps pin-drop for your exact marina meeting location, and the direct phone number to your Captain. We ask that you finalize your headcount and any add-ons at least 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations & Weather
- Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your trip up to 7 days before your scheduled departure for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
- Weather Restrictions: Texas weather can change rapidly. If your licensed captain determines that conditions are unsafe for boating (e.g., lightning, severe thunderstorms, sustained high winds), your trip will be cancelled. In the event of an unsafe weather cancellation, you will be given the option to reschedule your charter for another date or receive a 100% full refund. (Please note: Overcast skies, chilly weather, or light, passing sprinkles do not constitute an unsafe weather cancellation).
